We are pleased to launch our new range of online services that are designed to simplify contacting the Council.
From April 2018 residents will be able to request and receive services using a computer, tablet or smart-phone, any day of the week, when it's most convenient. Users will be able to report issues, apply for services and benefits or make payments without needing to pick up a telephone or visit us in person.
Residents will have the option of creating an online account - enabling details to be automatically populated into forms, saving forms so that they can be returned to later, together with viewing the status of current or previous services requests. Residents can choose to report matters anonymously, but we may require contact details dependent upon the service accessed.
More and more services will be coming online over the coming months, but you can let us know about any service not currently provided so that we can review and include them wherever possible.
